By attending this event, you consent to your voice, name, image and likeness being used, without compensation and/or credit, in photographs, video, audio or other recordings for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. All photographs, video, audio or other recordings are the sole property of Novant Health, and you waive any and all rights of payments, royalties, publicity, privacy or other rights in connection to the same. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Novant Health or the person or entity designated to do so by the Novant Health. You release Novant Health, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability or payment whatsoever of any nature. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before attending this event.
